Standard (16-26 days)**	0.75kg–1.99kg	$14.90
Expedited (7-16 days)**	0kg–0.74kg	$19.90
Standard (16-26 days)**	2kg–30kg	$21.90
Expedited (7-16 days)**	0.75kg–2kg	$21.90

**Business Days . Add up to 10 days for remote areas.

Order processing time may be 1-3 business days for products in stock.  This may change depending on time of year eg. holidays. Shipment time begins after order has left our facilities. 

The total cost of your order  including product and shipping cost is calculated  checkout. Separate orders incur separate shipment cost . 

 

If an item in your order is out of stock, we'll notify you via the email listed on your file. You'll then have the option to cancel, modify order or wait for the item/s to be restocked. If you chose to cancel a refund will be issued within 14 days. 

Disclaimer: we are not responsible or liable for returned shipments due to  incomplete or incorrect shipping address. Customers will be issued a refund  excluding the shipment and handling cost. 

If you placed an order with an incorrect shipping address, please cancel and replace order with correct address.
